Opium Oil Lantern Refill Can For Tray Setup \"ON SALE\" For Sale

This is solid brass antique opium lantern refill can. Opium smokers liked to have small refill cans on their tray during a smoking session so that if the lantern ran out of oil they could simply stay laying down and refill the lantern. These are really hard to find and I’m not just saying that as a selling gimmick, They are hard to find. This one is in good solid shape and I put some water in it and it did not appear to leak but I don’t want to say 100% just in case. If it ever does leak you can simply patch it with a bit of soldier witch is common for fixing these and if you don’t know how to soldier You can simply buy jewelers solder past and slap some on desired area and use a cigarette lighter to melt it. There is plenty of You Tube videos on it and it’s very simple. This is an antique so it will have some dings, scratches and scuffs.
