1. What is the history on this badge? Came from family or estate?
It is from a family (not mine) estate that we are selling things on consignment. The woman said this was in her dad’s memento box with his father’s badges. She is 75, so we’re guessing it was her father’s.
2. Do you have any real provenance that this badge is real not repro?
This is from an estate with a long family line of TX law officers. I researched, found examples from museum and .org sites. I assume that I am correct after this research, in addition to the related family history.
All items are true antique/vintage.
