This is a fabulous conversation piece, vintage 1966 original Japan Datsun (Nissan ) dealership, premium. 1966 deluxe bluebird four-door with original wood stand. Unfortunately, I cannot read the metal plate nailed and impressed Japanese symbols on the front of the display. However, if you’re looking at this and can translate it for me, I would appreciate it :-)

Used as a trinket box…or dresser caddy valet to store your watch and change, etc. clearly marked on the bottom Datsun bluebird. This is a cast piece of metal, possibly aluminum it is quite heavy for size almost 3lb without wood base. I have not attempted to polish as this is the original age patina.
Blue bird is embossed above the front wheel on both sides. Across the back, it reads deluxe bluebird, and then bluebird on the license plate as well. Please review all of the pics carefully.
