This is a nice selection of NEW YEAR postcards that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s.This mixture is colorful and has the classic New Year motifs such as: SNOWY HOME & RURAL SCENES, HOLLY & BERRIES, FLOWERS, SUNSETS, BIRD, BELLS, FRIENDSHIP MESSAGES, etc. The postcards are nicely drawn, and they have good detail that makes them pleasing to look at. These are EMBOSSED postcards with 2 having GOLD TRIM in the design. They were madeby different publishers.
These are good postcards to add to a collection. They wouldappeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a niceselection of antique New Year postcards at a reasonable price.
The postcards are UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (4) with cancel dates of 1909-14. Some of these postcards would have been \"Printed in Germany\" during the \"Golden Age of Postcards\" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs.
