This item is in excellent pre-owned condition. There are no cracks, nicks, chips, or repairs to the wooden case or glass window. Bells show no oxidation to the metal. There are very light surface scratch marks in the wood on the top of the box, which are not easily visible (you have to be looking for them under a very bright light at the correct angle to see them).
The music box has been tested, I listened to every song and it plays them all beautifully without any problems. The on/off/volume control dial, and song selection knobs work perfectly. There is no damage to the A/C adapter plug.
The package box shows signs of use and storage, which includes but is not limited to crush/crease marks, scuffs/scratch marks, light wear at the corners, remnants of clear tape that originally sealed the box, and rips/tears on the sides/edges at the top of the box.
Music box measures approx. 11-7/8\" wide by 8-1/2\" high across the top, and 5-1/8\" high.
