Moonlight on the Camp, 1920s R Atkinson Fox Vintage Calendar Print, Great Color For Sale

"Moonlight on the Camp" is a vintage R. Atkinson Fox print featured on an Art Deco calendar sampler. R. Atkinson Fox (1860-1935) was a prolific illustrator of calendars, posters, postcards, picture puzzles, and advertising material from the late 1900s until about 1930. Naturalism was considered Fox's strength as a painter. He was especially admired for his paintings of landscape, horses, cows and mountains. Fox's work has been popular among collectors for decades, even spawning "The R.A. Fox Society", a group dedicated to his work.

"Moonlight on the Camp" features a moonlit camp and two campers in the forest next to a river. The print is on textured paper and measures approximately 7.5" x 9.5". The Art Deco calendar sampler measures 10" x 16". Both are in excellent condition.
