I\'ve sold clocks like this in the past that were in fine working order but because I know nothing about older clocks I simply leave it up to the experts to preserve history.
Unless I know for sure a Clock works I will not attempt to wind it or do anything to it.
This is a beautiful clock and honestly if I knew what I was doing I would get the thing working and put it on one of our stands.
