The art is drawn in black ink with white paint for the harp strings, and stipple technique for the shading on the figures, on a 10.75 X 14\" piece of smooth finish strathmore (probably 2 ply)there are two horizontal crease lines which run thru the top margin just above the image area (see scan) where the art was once folded possibly for matting. These are now nicely flattened out as the art has been laying flat for decades. There are also old glues stains (probably mucilage) around the image (SEE SCANS) where the piece was probably glued to a matt at some point. These are all out side of the image area except for a tiny super thin streak which comes up from the lower left corner of the image into the harp.Slight edge wear and pinholes in the corners of the margins where the art was tacked up on wall.
