This is the Penn Mutual Life building in Philadelphia PA which is a beautiful rare metal souvenir buildingwith an overlay of silver plating. Acquired in a trade years ago. The model is excellent and shows well. It is a difficult one to find especially in this condition Detail is well done and well cared for.
