THIS VINTAGE IS IN GOOD SHAPE FOR IT'S AGE, THE HOUSES ARE PLACE AND IN GOOD SHAPE WIT NO CRACKS OR CHIPS, BUT A COUPLE FO THEM HAVE TAPE MARKS ON THE BACKS AND SOME SCRATCHES. THE BOX DOES HAVE SOME WEAR, TAPE MARKS ON THE FRONT AND SIDES. THE SET IS MISSING THE SET OF LIGHTS TO LIGHT THE HOUSES. STILL A GREAT SET TO ADD TO ANY COLLECTION.
