M 1905 Leather Scabbard For M1905 Bayonet Marked R.I.A. 1906 H.E.K. I believe this to be the 2nd model of the 1905 scabbard, but not positve. Scabbard is very solid with no problems. As can be seen there is scuffing of the leather and the ordnance stamps are faint and hard to read, but they are there. There is light rust on the metal that possibley could be cleaned, but I will leave that to the new owner. Hanger is tight and stops in the correct positions. As the pictures show the stitching is very good with no problems and the brass grommet in the tip is still there.Abayonet slides in nicely and locks in place as it should. Overall A nice scabbard, especially to be 112 years old. Please look over the pictures and ask any questions you might have before Purchasing
