However, there are always special circumstances, and if your item comes obviously different from what was expected, I'm always willing to work with my buyers to find a resolution! Also please note I typically will not polish any brass or silver items as I prefer to leave that up to the buyer to determine the amount of polishing they would like. I love vintage patina!
