This thisruler has a few small Nicks on the tape but very minor there looks to be acrease around the 5 in mark As I have pointed out. It does extend and contractnot as firm as it would if it was new. The other tape works also but the tape has a crack or break at the start of the tape and a break at about the 9 in mark. but the case is in good condition. I am selling both as a lot.
