Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days from our store. Managed Payments: managed payments has a 3-5 business day lag before our payments that we receive from the buyer is deposited into our bank account. Not having access to our funds immediately slows our shipping time. PLAIN AND SIMPLE! This delays our handling time as well as above is why it can take 2-10 business days to actually ship out. When using Paypal ,we had access to our funds immediately. When a buyer purchased our items, we could access the money right there. Unfortunately because of this change from of the 3-5 business day delay, we are stuck paying out of pocket. We will ship most items out once the deposit is deposited into our bank account which can take from 3-5 days, and sometimes 4-10 days.

Items can differ from as shown as most manufacturing will redo their packaging and item as it is the same product or item as they do this to entice and useunique ways to grab buyers, this could be a different lettering font, to a different color lid for a shampoo top, to size of the packaging the item comes in than before. Goods are shipped directly from our suppliers so will be subject to availability and condition on the day of shipping. Return Policy:

Please contact us before returning the item. We kindly request the buyers to send the returns using a postal service that allows tracking of packages. We would want the same for us sellers as we provide this information and tracking provided for our buyers. Please show respect as it should be on both ends.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking number is required on the return package to ensure it has been delivered to correct location.

We accept returns for any unused, unopened, sealed and untested products when returned in it's original packaging.

All returned items must be in good re-sellable condition (NEW) condition with original packaging and instructions, tags.

Food items and non- prescription drugs are non-returnable.

Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be inspected and a refund issued or a replacement sent, etc.

We cannot accept returns of any product with missing UPC label/bar codes or the item has been misused/damaged while in customers possession.

Used and damaged merchandise cannot be returned as we cannot and will not sell Returned/opened merchandise as BRAND NEW/ NEW.

Items must be returned unused, boxed with no physical damage and with the original box and parts, tags, & accessories included with the item in order to be accepted for refund. A 20% return fee may apply to all open box returns depending on the item and condition of the return and will be determined once the item is returned and inspection has been completed.

Original shipping paid by buyer is non-refundable. And if original order included FREE shipping, the actual cost of the shipping we paid will be deducted before refund is issued.

Products that are not have been opened or used can be returned to us within 30 days with no return fee. Once return item has been received a refund will be issued after our inspection has been completed for the purchase price minus the original shipping charge for shipping the item to the buyer.

As per store policy there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from buyer refund amount that we give the buyer after we receive the product in good, new, sellable condition. Any item that containsbatteries, electrical, or powered will be a 25% restocking fee and will be deducted from refund from the buyer original refund given.

Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item if there is an issue with it. We must be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the item in order for us to assist you. If it appears that the shipper has damaged your package, or item during shipping you must retain all included shipping materials including the shipping box, shipping label in order for us the Seller/Store can file a claim. We need at least 17 (Seventeen) pictures in order to FILE A CLAIM with the SHIPPING CARRIER. They need this in order to file claim. If pictures are not given we will be unable to give refund! Plain & Simple. It's like this imagine if your house is damaged from a fire or hurricane and there is damaged, wouldn't your insurance want proof of pictures??? Or if you wrecked your car, your car insurance would want pictures in order to file a claim and to send you a check, correct??? So please provide the pictures that we ask from you.

#1 5 photos showing damage to the Packaging Box/Crate Clear and not blurry pictures as shipping carriers will not accept any blurry pictures.

#2 2photos of the shipping label clearly showing/identifying the Names/addresses and not blurry pictures as shipping carriers will not accept any blurry pictures.

#3 10 Clear photos showing the product/ item showing the DAMAGED GOODS/ITEM/PRODUCT and additional clear pictures of the barcode/serial number/UPC.not blurry pictures as shipping carriers will not accept any blurry pictures.

These photos are required in order to file a claim through the shipping carriers USPS, FEDEX, and UPS claim departments. If buyer does not adhere to this and not provide the pictures in the sales contract agreement we will not be able to file the claim and buyer will not be compensated.
