Blank back / no photographer, though I have been informed that this was taken in 1901, and that the photographer was likely Nielson... in my research I have seen other photos of Niagara, in this same style, taken by C.H. Nielson and H.F.. Nielson & Co.This image is in very good antique condition overall with light age-related wear. The back is clean and undamaged.
