My hat pin and Charles Horner collecting started some 40 years ago and it is now time to reduce my treasures to more manageable levels.
I do hope that collectors find something of interest to them.
I am happy to ship abroad and combine purchases and ask only that you let me know of potentially other purchases before I send payment details.
Please view the photographs as they show the detail of the item.
Please also remember that the photos are magnified and also remember that most of my hat pins are around 100 years old and will have a vintage/antique feel and look to them.
I hope that you will enjoy them as much as I have done over the years. Thank you for looking and good luck if you decide to offer.
A stunner!
Circa 1910
Full hallmarks showing maker being James Fenton and assayed in Birmingham
The head is in the form of a Tudor rose with enamelling in
green, blue and red.
The enamel is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips
Top measures 1\" in diameter with 8 1/2\" pin
Would benefit from the back being cleaned but often
collectors prefer to do this themselves.
