IMPRESSIVE ANTIQUE 14" GEORGIAN BRASS / BRONZE CANDLESTICK, NICE PATINA, FROM ESTATE LOT.
In Nice Condition. Original patina. Minimal signs of use for age. No dents or issues. The upper part does have a very slight "wobble" and will turn in the base from the hand pressed metal fitting connector inside base (see photos). Not damage or an issue, but typical of a nearly 200 year old candlestick. Doesn't effect appearance or use of the item. I just want try to note everything. We did not attempt to clean or polish this candlestick. The patina is original and doesn't show signs of heavy polishing over the years. Heavy and solid and ready to use. Really unique and impressive early Antique candlestick in nice condition. See photos.
Measures approx. 14" Tall, base is 4 3/4" x 4 3/4". Weighs over 3 LBs. Mixed metal 2 piece structure with early pressed metal fitting. Possibly English or German ( most likely European).
