From an high-end political sale comes this image of a young man in a gutta percha photo box frame. We have not been able to identify the person pictured. It could be a politician, war hero, celebrity or just a regular person. Please note the quality of this man\'s suit. I can tell you that the collection being sold is extremely large and that the collector had incredible buying power. So if you are up for an investigation, you may find something special.
Since it was acquired, the image has not been removed from the frame, so it is uncertain if any identification of the subject or photographer is present on the back. The box has a tight closure, does not bear any maker\'s marks, and the hinges are smooth. The image is protected by what appears to be a thin layer of glass that could benefit from cleaning on inside if the image was removed.
Dimensions of the outer case are approximately 2.5 inches wide and 3 inches tall.
