Huge Russian Lacquer Box Mstera Demons 3 Horses Signed Vedernikova, Hand Painted For Sale

Huge Russian lacquer box depicting a man in a three horses sleigh; I was told it depicts the Pushkin poem \"Demons\" though the little slip of paper inside says \"Prince Igor and Three Horses\". Either way, a beautiful hand-painted piece with a castle in the background. From the estate of a world traveler, with some printed information inside. I believe this is from the famed village of Mstera (signed on left bottom). Artist signed on the right; the artist translates to Vedernikova, I think. Box measures a full 9.6\" x 7.2\" x 1.7\" and is the largest one I\'ve listing. Very delicately and elaborately hand painted with an beautiful gold border--see detailed photos. Made in USSR painted in gold on back. In very good condition with a little scuffing on back edge.
