Richly hand-decorated low comport or dessert dish in the Savoy shape made by H & R Daniel of Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, c. 1845. This piece is marked with pattern no. 8998, one of the last that would have been produced by the firm prior to its closure. Features exceptionally well-done floral decoration in shades of light green, yellow, puce, light blue, and gilt.
Condition
Minor wear and imperfections; generally very good with no indications of damage or restoration.
