Gorham Jane Hutcheson Oval Box Fleurs Des Siecles, Enamel Flowers Floral Art For Sale

This oval gold plated box with enameled flowers is just the ticket. It is made by Gorham to the design of Jane Hutchison and known under "Fleurs Des Siecles" (flowers of the century). The box is lined in dark blue velvet to add a touch of softness to the piece. The top has an arrangement of enameled flowers with small gems and gold plated buds sprinkled in between the flowers. The box is shaped like a split wood shaker box, but made out of metal. The box is marked on the bottom as shown and in very good condition. Some use marks on the top and bottom, no other defects.Measurements are: 4 1/4" by 3 1/4" and 3" tall.
