A Gorgeous 1937-38 FrostedSatin Crystal Art Deco Lady Table/Radio Lamp by the Mantle Lamp Companyof America (Aladdin). The figurine was originally designed in the mid-1920’s by L. Sevin forthe Etling Glass Shop in Paris. Severalcompanies used her design during the 1930’s. This is a hard-to-find Aladdin G-130FrostedLampwith the tall harp & Fat-Boy Socket being replaced with a period ChromeIntermediate E-17 Socket with a deflector.My husband bought this Art Deco ‘Radio’ Lamp for me in the 1990’s at thethen popular & now historical AWA (Antique Wireless Association) AnnualConference and Radio Meet in Rochester, NY.And it’s been adorned atop one of our vintage Zenith Console Radios eversince!
