It is numbered 539C.This beautiful figurine represents the freshness and energy of Spring with bright colors and lovely lines. It has graced our home with its promise of new beginnings. It is one of four works in the “Seasons” series.
Giuseppe Armani was an Italian sculptor and artist. Born in 1935 he died in 2006. From an early age he was recognized as a gifted artist. Giuseppe attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence and became well known from his artwork at the Art Gallery in Pisa. In 1973 he associated with the Florence Sculture d\'Arte in Tuscany. Armani\'s works are known worldwide for their detail, life, and colors.Giuseppe Armani figurine Girl with Bicycle-Spring #539-C. Shipped in original box. Measurements: Approximately 15 1/4\" Tall by approximately 11 5/8\" Wide (measured at widest point). The base is approximately 4 1/2\" long (measured at longest point).
This is an original signed by Giuseppe Armanion the front towards the right behind the lady\'s shoe; G. Armani emblem is on the front of the base; the engraved Florencemark and the blue N mark with the crown above are on the back with two other markings. There is a small sticker reading “Made in Italy” on the bottom of the base. There is a tiny chip on her hat in the front that is barely noticeable and is easily repaired.Please see all pictures for best detail and further description.
