George Mendonsa Signed \"The Kissing Sailer\" 2010 Topps Trading Card #17/45 PSA For Sale

This listing is for a special signed and graded Topps trading card. \"The Kissing Sailor - George Mendonsa\" is a war time photo card based on an original photograph circa 1945. The card is hand signed by Mendonsa himself and is PSA certified and slabbed for safety. The card itself is pristinely new, the slabbing itself has a few scant signs of cosmetic wear but nothing unsightly or harmful to the card\'s stored condition itself.

• Mainland US buyers are preferred but international orders can be accommodated through \'s global shipping program. If an item isn\'t marked for GSP but you are interested, you can contact me and I can see if the matter is addressable!
  
• You are paying via PAYPAL only, this is a must!
  
• Please file payment within 48 hours of winning. If you foresee delays complying with this matter please just contact me ASAP so we can work things out. I don\'t mind if you need a little time to sort out a matter but if you fail/refuse to file payment for an sale you won then I will have to contact .
• Anything I sell that deals in used/open software (video games, movies, CDs) or hardware is tested both prior to and after a successful sale. Unless I specifically mention the item does NOT work or mention being unsure of its proper state, know that I test and review what I sell every step of the way. If you\'re meticulous for details, rest assured I\'m meticulous for them too.
  
• I generally do not handle returns unless outstanding circumstances occur (such as wrong order sent). Sales are generally final.
  
• Your item will usually ship out within 2 days of receiving your payment. Shipping generally does not occur on Saturdays and never occurs on Sundays (due to USPS\' closure.)
• You\'ll have a tracking number, no need to request it as it is included beforehand.
• If you have questions feel free to ask, I\'ll try and tackle them usually within a day of receiving them. Ask before offerding where possible and as far from sale closure if you can!
