Document signed in ink “George R”. 1p. (recto and verso), 8.0 x 12.5 inch. Courtat Saint James, 1810 March 6. Paper seal and revenue stamp on the left. Licenceto Plead in favour of Nathaniel Gooding Clarke in connection with an assaultcharge at Nottingham. Slightly discolored and soiled, minor fold breaksexpertly repaired on verso, else good condition. The signature of George III.changed more than that of any other. Both blind and insane, his signaturebecame eccentric and ill-formed, as seen on this document. Affordable priceditem.
