Banknote informationA 1 baht banknote with a banknote printed from the Royal Thai Survey Department. Use paper produced from Thai paper factories. Karnchanaburi Banknote quality is not as good as banknotes produced from England. Thin paper The print pattern is quite rough. Color is not beautiful Like bankrolls The people therefore called this banknote as a bank. This banknote is regarded as the first edition of banknotes made in Thailand at all stages (the most rare banknotes of this era).

Front banknoteThe main element is the royal image of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol. On the left inside the oval frame The oval-shaped empty area has embossed pattern, convex shape, constitution. In the middle of the top is a statue of Garuda The center has an orange asterisk pattern, surrounded by a 16-pointed radius pattern. The lower right corner is the three-headed elephant statue. Under the frame below, there is the word Department of Maps.
Banknote on the backThe main image is the image of the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall within the frame surrounded by a pattern of applied Kalasin. Under the picture frame, there is the word Department of Maps.
