This is an incredible investment grade book!
Ultra rare high grade MEGA KEY. Only two higher in the CGC census.
First owned by Science Fiction Grand Master, Harlan Ellison, this book was originally a CGC 4.5 with amateur restoration. The book presented well, but there was small staining on the inside keeping it from getting a higher grade. Since then it\'s been professionally restored, stains removed, and the leaf-casting on the cover redone with better materials.
