Straight from an estate sale comes this Extremely Rare Griswold Heart Star Child’s Waffle Iron ~ Real Salesman’s Sample. Folks, they don’t come much more rare than this piece. Some collector’s refer to this size piece as a child’s piece, but personally, I think they were salesman samples. Much easier for a salesman to carry a small piece around to show merchants, than a large piece. Measures approximately 8” long X 7” wideX 1 & 1/4” tall. Good condition. There is one small area of the base that has an area of damage, but nothing serious at all (see photo). The piece has a wonderful vintage patina and is guaranteed original.
