Early American Antique Handmade Embossed Eagle Inkwell Federalist Pen Holder For Sale

By my eye this item is Federalist or Jeffersonian era handmade embossed brass with hammer struck embellishments. Very nice shade of green paint in good condition. One glass well remains of an original three. Nice discoloration on underside of ink well cover from decades of exposure exposure to inks. There remains a bit of brass polish here and there that could not be ragged off...the only attentions this item has received from my hand.

The item is solid and undamaged. Also extremely handsome that would really class up the right office.
