All of our toys that are stated \'unopened\' are sold as collectible items and if the buyer decides to open or play with them we can no longer accept that item back or warranty the item for missing pieces or breakage. We cannot warranty toys that are taken out of package and played with or displayed; this must be done with the manufacturer as most of our items are out of production.
