Simply elegant Victorian Hand Blown Glass Claret Jug Decanter Apple Green, Circa 1880s
Previously owned in Excellent condition, no chips or cracks & very clean
Jug has a beautiful faceted body extending to a clear glass reeded handle, base has a good pontil mark
Stopper is not original, but is beautiful leaded glass
Volume is approximately 2-1/2 cups
Jug measures 8\" tall x 4\" diameter, with stopper it measures 8-1/2\" tall
The Apple Green color is very much a late Victorian/Edwardian color and this is a strong example
A very rare and hard to find item, especially in great condition!
