This pretty cottage is in very good condition. It has been in storage.
It measures approximately 2 inches tall, 1 3/4 inches wide at its widest and 1 1/4 inches in depth at its deepest.
To the best of my knowledge, it is not broken, not cracked and comes from a smoke-free environment. It has slight signs of wear, however, it still looks very nice.
