This listing is for the Dept. 56 EBENEZER SCROOGE\'S HOUSE, #56.58490, in excellent, genty-used condition. From a smoke-free, pet-free home, it is like new, no chips, no missing pieces, no repairs. This building was introduced in 2001 and just retired in 2023! Clearly, a fan favorite! As one of the original \"A Christmas Carol\" Series buildings, it is a MUST for your Christmas display! Building lights beautifully but interior scene works intermittently (see video), with Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Future spinning around Scrooge! Sometimes it spins around, then sometimes it stops. Light remains on, but stops spinning. Comes with hanging goose attachment. Too cute for words!
Building comes in original sleeve and styrofoam, all in pretty good condition. Sleeve has a few minor flaws merely from age, a tear that has been repaired with tape (see pictures).
