He was designed for the \" 2006 Madison, Wisconsin Cow Parade \" charity sale event, by the artist MikeMcDowell. The \" Wizard\'s \" wardrobe mimics that of the original \" Wizard \" from the iconic 1939 movie, with Judy Garland. He dons a green top hat with matching green blazer. His back hooves are sporting black dress boots. This ensemble is finished off with a gold-tipped cane which stands next to the\" Wizard\'s \" left front leg. This \" Wizard of Oz \" figurine is Brand New, in Mint Condition, and comes in his original box ( which has the red, round \" Oz \" logo on it )...with \" 2 \"hangtags ( a \" Cow Parade \" hangtag and a red, round\" Oz \" hangtag ).
