Document is heavily browned from age, but the colors are vibrant - There are spots of moisture damage along the left and top edges, and possibly along the right edge as well - The paper is wavy in these areas - No visible holes, tears, bends or folds on the document - A few light crimps from handling - Some small spots of surface scuffing along the bottom edge in the center
Numerous scratches, scuffs and tiny dings & dents on the wooden frame - Numerous small spots of stain/finish loss around the edges - Light spots of tarnish to the brass sight edge, and paint loss to the black painted highlight around the edge
Handwriting on the document in red, green and black pen
Some light scratches on the glass insert - No breaks or cracks in the glass
Overall good condition
