Diploma is in poor condition. Paper has mold, dark spots, water spots, torn edges. But it is complete and all original. Paper is brittle from age. Look at the pictures.Frame still holds shape, but needs cleaning. Wood is not soft, or rotten.
Name on the diploma seems to be Eliza Jessen Mushet, born in 1969 Hull, Yorkshire, UK.
Diploma can be restored. I can get it restored for an additional $200. New frame add $100.
