For Sale today: One hardbound book compiling the Resolutions and Ordinaces of the City of Los Angeles from Resolution No. 1 dated November 9, 1878 to Resolution No 542 June 11, 1887.
And
Ordinance No 1, December 27, 1878 to Ordinance 317, June 17 1887.
The binding is period buckram hardcover, measuring 6 by 9 inches, the spine inscription has an error, reading\" Complied Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Los Angeles.\" when it should be \"Compiled Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Los Angeles.\" The hardcover is in very good condition with only minor is use.
The book is separated into two halves with their own pagination. The first part numbers 398 pages and is titled

The book contain alphabetical indexes and numerical indexes to the Ordinances and resolutions, the pages show age browning, there is faded damp staining to the outer page margins in the front and rear of the book, neither effecting the text of the book. The binding is solid.
