Knife not only looks gorgeous but it is also robustly constructed with its thick 4 mm. knife maker hand forged theblade of this knife with d2 steel. Blade was given excellent heat treatment and Rockwell hardness of the bladealong its edge is 54 and along the spine is 42-45. 4 mm Thick blade has fantastic handgrinds on both sides and both sides are honed to sharp edge. Overall length ofthis Knife is 12.0" and the length of the blade is 7.0". Gorgeous Handle of this knife is made of pewter. This knife is complete with a topquality extra thick leathersheath. The leather sheath is totally hand tooled and sewn. Extra thick leather and strong stitchingmake this sheath robust which can withstand years of rough and tough use.
