Damage Claims: Occasionally items will break during transit. We do not ship items that are broken or damaged unless otherwise disclosed in the description. We pack securely but have no control of handling once the item leaves our possession. All items need to be inspected within 1 day of receipt. If something arrives damaged you should let us know within 3 days so that we can file a claim. No exceptions, and please do not tell us that we shipped it with damage.
Keep all packing materials & the broken item. Please email us several good photos of the broken item and the carton. Please do not give us negative response because the item was damaged by the carrier; this is not fair to us. All claims will be filed by us; please communicate within 3 days so we can facilitate this.
Return shipping: is at your expense if you choose to return an item. Upon occasion something just is not right, we understand that. Refunds are for the value of the item and does not cover shipping and is given once we receive the item back.
