If you live near Anaheim, CA, we do our best to accommodate "local pick up" particularly on large, heavier items. If you are interested in something that we have listed as "pick up only", we are happy to work with you & your shipper to get that accomplished. Our local UPS store is the best option for shipping large parcels like furniture & we will deliver there for you whenever possible.

We do accept returns within 14 days, but only in the condition sent - not after item is worn/damaged/broken & will not accept a different item in return - hard to believe we must say this, but people do strange things. We take photos before packaging in case someone breaks an item opening.ALWAYS CUT OPEN PACKAGING rather than tugging open packages to prevent breakage.
