Here\'s a variety of GQ I call California Amber. The parent rock which yielded this collector stone originated in California\'s Mother Lode. It\'s the last respectably-rich cab of it\'s type I ever expect to craft again. Seeing cabs like this inside karat gold settings reinforces their high value. The bisque-colored matrix shows pink stripes along with amber-like windows incapsulating the gold.
