If Light bulbs are returned for any reason other than factory defect,

i.e. dead on arrival or do not burn 30 days, a labor charge of up to fifty percent may be levied. Light bulbs are not shoes, and once they cross the Alabama state line they are no longer new, returned bulbs can not be sold as factory fresh brand new. We promise they will burn, sold as is as to finish, light color, lumen output, and other performance characteristics which are the purview of the maker. We only sell brand new factory fresh light bulbs in our store. We usually test with OHM meter and mark for identification when we mix them, they do not come in assorted colors from the factory, we mix them as a service, hence labor charge is incurred.
