This medal is an heirloom first Communion medal gift thatbelonged to my mother, who was born in 1913, and had her first Communion in1930 during the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Catholic DevotionalMiraculous Medal of 1830. It is 7/8 inch hanging length and made of sterlingsilver. It weighs 3 grams and is in superb condition.
