RETURN/REFUND POLICY

1. If you would like to return an item- you MUST contact me within 5 days of your order being delivered to you.
2. Refunds are not allowed without the item you ordered, being returned to The Seller, Court’s Consignments. If you receive an item you are unsatisfied with, please carefully repackage and return that item. Once the item is received and inspected, your account will be refunded appropriately.
3. Returns are only accepted if the said item is NOT a trading card, NOT as described or shown in the photos or is in perfectly good condition and was not what you were expecting.
4. The categories EXCLUDED from returns are: jewelry, trading cards, makeup and body care products. *I have the right to reject any return request if I do not approve or agree. Thank you for your understanding.
