It features a beautiful Embroidered Silver Bullion Two-Headed Eagle with sparkling Green Eyes and Sequined Wings. The item has two symbolic emblems. One design is particularly Ornate. It features seven dazzling diamond-like jewels at the center. We are not jewelers and do not know what these are. Possibly rhinestones or garnets? Either way, they dazzle. The suspended 32 Degree Jewel is gorgeous with radiant red and blue colors. Base material is silken moiré. Black on top, red lining underneath. Collar attaches at the top by way of hooks. Jewel measures approximately 2 x 2 inches. In very good, solid vintage conditions. No problems. The Collar can make for a fascinating display item.
