For your special consideration is this authentic, museum quality Oaxacan Alebrije (one of a kind) Mexican wood carving fine art. Absolutely stunning and very large, this masterpiece was hand-carved from genuine Copal wood and took several months to create. Numerous Zapotec symbols cover the jaguar and this the only piece like this in existence. Measures approximately 16\" tall by 16\" long. The tail is detachable. Signed by the artist LAURO RAMIREZ on the bottom. Made in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Please note this is an artisanal piece that will have imperfections unique to it, namely a slight tilt in the design which prevents the animal from placing completely flat, however this does not affect the presentation during display.
