Archie’s Madhouse #22 from October 1962, CGC Universal grade of 4.5 with Creme to off White Pages , very first Rare appearance of Sabrina the Teenage Witch , George Gladir story, Dan DeCarlo , Rudy Lapick and Orlando Busino art , overall a really nice quality and accurately graded - certified copy of this very Rare comic relating to the very first appearance of Sabrina the Teenage Witch , this particular copy has been in my collection for over 35 years , I grew up reading the original Sabrina comic series and knew any issue of Madhouse 22 would someday take-off in popularity with the fans once people discovered the world of Sabrina , This first appearance of Sabrina is a condition rarity as most were not saved in very good condition , actually finding CGC Universal graded copies are becoming few and far between , in my experience any copies of Archie’s Madhouse 22 over a 3.5 grade should be considered extremely Rare to come by , I would really like it to go to a true Sabrina the Witch fan , please ask any questions prior to offerding , This is a choice original complete copy , sorry but I am only able to ship within the United States at this time , payment must be received within 3 days of sale end or this comic may be re-listed
