Antique Victorian German Fairing Hand Holding Trinket Box Conta Boehme Porcelain For Sale

Wonderful Antique Victorian Porcelain Fairing Hand Holding Trinket Box. The size is 4 1/2\" long x 2 1/4\" wide x 4 1/4\" to the top of the knob on the lid. Bottom only has a scratched, incised mark but I believe this is German Conta & Boehme mark. Circa 1870s - 1890s. This is a figure keepsake of a women\'s right hand holding a lidded box. It is a heavy, dense white porcelain. Has some gold paint loss and a small chip to the inside of the box rim (see last Photo). No other chips, cracks or repairs.
