Antique Victorian Birdseye Maple Wood Frame Photo Of Dapper Young Boy For Sale

Today I have a great estate fresh antique Victorian birdseye maple frame with a wood carved horseshoe & ribbon with a beaded wood edge/border at the bottom ( I think this might have been on all sides/edges/border) , there’s a lovely carved bird in the top left hand corner along with a name “SEABERT” and to the right hand side there are flowers on a stalk/vine w/leaves , the frame had no glass or photo with it I had a vintage piece of glass and I had a photo that looked good in it , the photo is quite a good one with a his young boy posed with his hand in his pocket and wearing a straw hat (?) he looks to be dressed in the finest attire at the time , I added the metal holders to hold the photo in place so you can change the photo if you want to ( if you don’t want the photo I’ve included let me know and I’ll remove it) , there are some small pieces /flaking of wood missing along the one edge from when it was cut but it’s not affecting the front and all the wood is tight , it looks to be a birdseye maple veneer on the front and on the back ,this frame is in very good shape for its age , the frame measures approximately 8 3/8 inches wide x approximately 10 5/8 inches high x approximately 1/4 inch thick ( just the wood not including the projection of the metal holders ) . Please remember this is an antique and not new so it’s not gonna be perfect , please look at all photos that are provided and ask any questions you may have since this is sold as is where is .
