This extraordinarily charming late 1800’s-early 1900’s all wood, hand carved and painted crucifix measures 13 3/8” x 8 ¼” overall with a corpus measuring 7 ½” head to toe. It is largely untouched with worn and chipped paint history that is stable and shows several layers of color. The latest has some vivid red accents and a painted skull and cross bones under Jesus’ feet.
